The working of God's power transcends human perception, and it blesses all things. Like the saying, "One step ahead is darkness," we may be living peaceful and uneventful lives today, but there is no telling what tomorrow will bring. It is safe to say that we are constantly exposed to the dangers of accidents and disasters. In Shinreikyo, however, many people have the experience of being miraculously saved even when exposed to various dangers. This is not mere chance, for the Shinreikyo believers have in all instances been delivered.
These phenomena occur because, just as the water shield plant is covered with a transparent jellylike substance, believers are protected by the invisible, but actually existing power of God. Many believers also have the experience of being able to avoid accidents and disasters because the power from the cosmic source has sharpened a sensitivity in them that is beyond the usual five senses. There are cases in which believers escaped involvement in the Kobe Earthquake and the sarin attack in the Tokyo subway, as well as other events such as fires, motor vehicle accidents, and bombing incidents.
When
people receive the actually existing power of God and live in accordance
with the laws of the universe, they are delivered from all manner of distress
such as economic failure, problems with juvenile delinquency, and discord
in the home, thereby allowing them to find the light of hope in their lives.
Problems like school violence and classmate harassment are also solved,
so that in the workplace and our communities, antagonistic relationships
turn into harmonious relationships. We have also received reports about
businesses reviving in a short time after arriving at a dead end because
of an economic slump.These blessings of God reach everyone, regardless of differences in race, nationality, or language. What is more, Shinreikyo miracles occur even to animals, plants, and inanimate objects, which do not understand human language. Dogs, cats, birds, and other pets have been cured of illnesses and broken bones; dead plants revived; and broken objects like watches, computers, and automobiles have suddenly started working correctly. Furthermore, people are actually practicing the "Dawning World method of agriculture" to grow crops of excellent quality without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, thereby showing how to eliminate food contamination, considered a problem around the world. Thus we can see that the blessings of God are bestowed upon all things.
Kyososama said, "Phenomena that are beyond human understanding are miracles. Miracles are not unscientific; they occur because by principle they are bound to occur. It is just that they cannot be elucidated by present scientific knowledge." There are already many proofs of miracles, which come from all spheres of life and even in the natural world, and they demonstrate an amazing power to save, which we have never before experienced. We have seen the proof that, if people abide by the laws of the universe, then anyone can realize happiness and progress, humanity will evolve spiritually, we will be able to avoid the crisis endangering the Earth, and we will achieve an ideal world of great harmony that is now beyond imagination.
